Definitions

In these sports rules the following terms have the stated meanings. 6rt means the online sports betting and gaming operator offering services on the platform. Bet refers to a wager placed on a market. Market means a specific betting option within an event upon which a stake may be placed. Odds means the payout multiplier applied to a winning bet. Stake means the amount wagered on a bet. Event means a listed sport competition or match. Outcome means the result or state that determines the winning bet. Live betting describes bets accepted during an event before its final result. Settlement is the process of determining and paying winnings after an event concludes. Dispute refers to any challenge to the acceptance settlement or outcome of a bet. KYC stands for know your customer and denotes identity verification processes. Bonus balance is a non cash promotional credit that may be used under the terms of promotions; main balance is the funds available for placing bets.

Eligibility and Registration

Only individuals who satisfy the applicable legal age in their jurisdiction and who reside in a country where online betting is permitted may register and wager. The standard permitted age is 18 or the age required by local law. 6rt may request documentary proof of age and identity and may suspend or close an account if verification fails. It is forbidden to hold more than one active account. If multiple accounts are suspected a review will be conducted and related accounts may be closed. Users must provide accurate personal information and keep it up to date. Information relating to identity location and activity may be processed in accordance with the 6rt privacy policy.

6rt may suspend or terminate an account for suspicious activity or breach of these rules and may withhold payments or bonuses in accordance with applicable law.

Account Management

Accounts are managed on two balances. The main balance is the only balance usable for placing bets. The bonus balance may be used only for promotions as published and under the terms of those promotions. Balances are settled in the currency of the user account and may be converted when required by 6rt policies. Bet history is available to the user for review and may be exported where permitted. The user is responsible for securing account access and for all bets placed from the account.

6rt will publish a privacy notice describing data collection storage and processing. Personal data shall be protected in accordance with applicable data protection law and 6rt policy. 6rt may share information with regulatory bodies as required or permitted by law. The user may review the data held and request corrections where appropriate.

Bets and Markets

Bets may be placed only on markets published by 6rt and only within the time windows specified for each market. Bets are accepted before the start of an event and live bets may be placed during an event on markets that have not yet been determined. Bets on an event or market after the outcome is known are invalid and will be refunded. 6rt reserves the right to suspend or refuse to accept bets or close accounts without notice for any reason including breach of these rules or concerns about integrity or security.

Where disputes arise with respect to odds results or settlements 6rt will review the matter and issue a decision in good faith. Disputed bets must be raised within 30 days from the end of the event or from the moment of the dispute’s discovery whichever is later. In the event of obvious errors in pricing or results 6rt may correct the error and settle bets accordingly. If a bet is placed during a live market and a technical error occurs this may lead to voiding cancelling or recalculation in accordance with 6rt policy.

When a bet is settled 6rt will notify the user of the outcome and payout or refund as applicable. Bets may be settled using official data sources or independent verification where appropriate. If information from multiple sources conflicts 6rt may suspend payment until a decision is reached.

Live Betting

Live bets are accepted while events are in progress on markets that have not yet been determined. Odds update in real time and may move before during and after bet placement. Live bets are settled on the basis of the final outcome as recorded at the conclusion of the event or as determined by 6rt in accordance with the rules. In the case of an interruption or non completion all live bets may be settled at odds of 1.00 if the outcome is not unambiguously determined. Claims regarding live bets must be submitted within 24 hours of the event start. If an event is not completed within a reasonable period 6rt may proceed to settlement based on available information and may refund unsettled stakes where appropriate.

Types of Bets

The following bet types are offered subject to market availability and the rules set by 6rt.

  • Single Bet – a wager on a single market outcome. Winnings equal the stake multiplied by the market odds.
  • Accumulator – a wager on multiple independent market outcomes. All selections must win for the accumulator to pay out. Winnings equal the stake multiplied by the product of the odds for all included outcomes.
  • System Bet – a structured combination of accumulators with a fixed set of selections. Payouts are the sum of winnings from the accumulators included in the system.
  • Conditional Bet – a chain of bets where the principal bet funds subsequent bets from winnings. If the principal bet loses, all linked bets are void.

Stakes and Limits

Minimum stake and maximum stake per market are published for each market and may be updated by 6rt from time to time. The operator may adjust minimum and maximum limits and impose additional restrictions on specific events or bettors. The limits apply to single bets as well as to combinations and to live bets. 6rt may refuse to accept bets or close accounts where limits are exceeded or abuse is detected.

Some bets may be subject to promotional restrictions or bonuses. Only the main balance may be used for placing bets; bonus balances may be restricted to promotions or excluded from settlement as published. Where a bet is part of an express or system with dependent outcomes the impact of limits on individual components may affect the overall payout.

Settlement and Disputes

6rt settles bets on the basis of official event results and information available at the time of settlement. Any bet may be revised or recalculated in the event of a data or calculation error. Disputes over results or settlements must be raised within the period set forth in the general rules and will be handled according to the operator policy and applicable law. In cases of non completion or significant change to an event 6rt may void some outcomes or adjust settlements accordingly.

Football and Other Sports Specific Rules

For football bets the official match time includes regular time and stoppage time as published by governing bodies. Bets on the match outcome include options such as winner of the match and qualification outcomes where applicable. If an event is postponed or moved and the new start time is not within a reasonable window 6rt may cancel or void affected bets. Own goals and substitutions that affect the outcome are treated in accordance with the official match report. If there is a discrepancy between data sources 6rt will select a primary data source and may suspend settlement pending verification.

Bet History and Security

Users may view past bets through the bet history page and filter by date and market. 6rt applies reasonable security measures to protect accounts and funds. Users must maintain secure login credentials and promptly report any suspected compromise.
