Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context requires another meaning: - 6rt means the brand and all betting services offered by the Operator through the Website. - The Operator refers to the entity that provides the Service and operates the Website. - Website means 6rt and its current and future domains and platforms through which the Service is accessed. - Service means the availability and provision of the Website and all features enabling Participation as defined herein. - Participation means any act of visiting the Website, placing bets or wagers, using features of the Offering, or otherwise engaging with the Service.
About 6rt
6rt is a gambling service provided by the Operator, a licensed and regulated gaming business under applicable law. The Customer enters into a Gaming Contract with the Operator upon successful registration. These Terms govern all Participation and will bind any person who uses the Service.
Your Participation
- Eligibility

Security, Acceptable Use and IP
You must not misuse the Website. Prohibited conduct includes introducing malware, attempting unauthorized access, or any activity that may harm other users or the Service. Upon termination, the Operator may settle outstanding balances in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. The Operator may disable access to the Service without prior notice where required by law or for safety of customers.
Dormant and Inactive Accounts
An account may become dormant after a defined period of inactivity. The Operator may impose a reasonable administrative charge for dormancy and shall provide notice before applying such charges. Activity from the Customer will resume the deduction of any administrative charges if activity recommences.
Dispute Resolution and Complaints
Any dispute arising from Participation should be addressed first to customer support. If unresolved, you may pursue a formal complaints process in accordance with the Operator’s complaints policy. The resolution of disputes shall be governed by the applicable law and jurisdiction stated in these Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is established, and disputes shall be subject to its courts, save for any mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot be contracted away.
Notices
Any notices required under these Terms shall be given in writing by the Operator on the Website or by email to the address provided by the Customer. It is the Customer’s responsibility to keep contact details up to date to receive notices.
Entire Agreement and Survival
These Terms, together with any applicable Promotion Terms, Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator concerning Participation and supersede all prior agreements and communications. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
